Appendix 2 to the House Rules of Cinema City Hungary

1. DEFINITIONS

a. ISSUER:
The issuer of Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Vouchers: Cinema City Hungary - I.T. Magyar Cinema Kft. (hereinafter: "Cinema City"). I.T. Magyar Cinema Kft. is a company registered in Hungary with its registered office at 1132 Budapest, Váci út 22-24. I. em., tax number: 12294910-2-44, company registration number: 01-09-663792, registered by the Company Registry Court of the Capital City Court.
b. CINEMAS:

Cinema City Alba, Cinema City Allee, Cinema City Aréna, Cinema City Balaton, Cinema City Campona, Cinema City Debrecen, Cinema City Duna Pláza, Cinema City Győr, Cinema City Mammut, Cinema City Miskolc, Cinema City Nyíregyháza, Cinema City Pécs, Cinema City Savaria, Cinema City Sopron, Cinema City Szeged, Cinema City Szolnok, Cinema City Westend, Cinema City Zalaegerszeg
c. GIFT VOUCHER:
The Gift Voucher, Gift Card and Electronic Gift Voucher are hereinafter collectively referred to as: Gift Voucher.
d. TYPES OF GIFT VOUCHERS:
d1. Paper Gift Tickets and Gift Cards: which the owner can use when purchasing tickets at Cinema City box offices and on the www.cinemacity.hu website, entitling the owner to attend screenings. Cinema tickets can only be purchased with Gift Tickets and Gift Cards issued by Cinema City, which have a unique identification number located under the unique barcode. 
d2. Electronic gift ticket: can be exchanged for a cinema ticket in accordance with the redemption conditions when purchasing tickets online or at the cinema box office. The gift ticket has a unique identification number, which is the voucher code itself.
e. USER: the owner of the Gift Ticket.
f. MOVIE TICKET: a document certifying the right to attend Cinema City Hungary film screenings.
g. WEBSITE: www.cinemacity.hu

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

a. By purchasing and using the Gift Ticket, the User declares that they have read the rules contained in this document, understood its text, and accept its contents.
b. Paper-based Gift Tickets and Gift Cards can be purchased at the box office of any Cinema City cinema.
c. Electronic Gift Tickets can be purchased on the Website.
d. Cinema City reserves the right to sell other types of vouchers in addition to Gift Tickets, the scope and method of use of which are set out in separate regulations.

e. Before the screening, the Gift Ticket must be exchanged for a Movie Ticket:
•    at the Cinema City box office or
•    on the Website (includes an online convenience fee of HUF 120, which must be paid when purchasing on the website).
f. The Movie Ticket can be exchanged back for a Gift Ticket up to 3 hours before the start of the selected film, but the Gift Ticket received in this way can only be used again until its original expiry date.
g. The redeemability of paper Gift Tickets and Gift Cards depends on the readability of the identification number and barcode printed on the back of the ticket, so please take care of it. Electronic Gift Tickets can be redeemed based on the code printed on them. Please take special care not to share the identification number/code with anyone else (e.g., in a photograph). If the identification number is damaged, defaced, or has already been used, we will not be able to accept the Gift Certificate or refund its value.
h. Gift vouchers can be redeemed depending on the current program offering, which can be found on our website. You can book tickets on our Website or, in the case of certain premium products (VIP, 4DX, ScreenX), by calling our customer service number: 06 80 800 800; from abroad +36 1 999 6161.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASING GIFT TICKETS:

a. Paper Gift Tickets and Gift Cards can be purchased in person at our ticket offices within the Cinema City network, where our colleagues will issue them for the ticket type you request.
b. Gift tickets are available in the following types: 2D, 3D, VIP 2D, VIP 3D, ScreenX, IMAX 3D, 4DX3D, Gift Card - 10 tickets, Gift Card - Pair VIP 3D
c. Electronic gift tickets can be purchased on the Website.
d. Gift ticket prices: Gift ticket prices may vary by city and format. For current ticket prices, please visit our Website and the cinema data sheet, or call our Customer Service number. Gift ticket prices can be found here:

Category 1 - Budapest:
Cinema City Allee - Cinema City Aréna - Cinema City Campona - Cinema City Duna Pláza - Cinema City Mammut - Cinema City Westend

Category 2 - Countryside 1:

e. Gift vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
f1. We are unable to redeem paper Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards, exchange them for cash or extend their validity.

f2. Electronic gift vouchers purchased online cannot be redeemed, exchanged for cash or extended beyond 14 days from the date of purchase.
g. Discounts cannot be applied to gift vouchers; they are offered at full price only.
h. The purchase of an electronic gift voucher constitutes a written contract. You may cancel your purchase at any time within 14 days of the date of purchase, in which case Cinema City will refund the value of the electronic gift voucher to you. 4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REDEEMING THE GIFT CARD:

a. The owner of the Gift Card has the right to transfer it to a third party free of charge.
b. When transferring the Gift Card to a third party, the owner is obliged to inform the subsequent User of the terms and conditions of use of the Gift Card as set out in these rules.
c. Cinema City cannot be held liable for the Gift Card owner's failure to inform the third party of the information specified in this notice.
d. The owner of the Gift Card is not entitled to sell the Gift Card without the prior written consent of Cinema City.

e. Gift voucher balance information: Gift voucher users can check the type and expiry date of their gift vouchers on the information page created for this purpose on the Website. Please use the voucher info service before redeeming your voucher: www.cinemacity.hu/voucher-balance
f. Gift vouchers can only be used in the price category in which they were purchased, without any additional payment. If a change of category occurs during redemption, Cinema City is not obliged to pay a refund if the selected category is of lower value, but if the selected category is of higher value, the redemption can be validated with an additional payment.
g. Redeeming gift vouchers when purchasing movie tickets online: Gift voucher users can redeem their gift vouchers when purchasing movie tickets online. The gift voucher functions as a means of payment, and its unique identification number must be entered in step 2 of the purchase process. h. Redeeming Gift Tickets for in-person purchases: Gift Tickets can be redeemed for movie tickets at Cinema City box offices, depending on the current program. You can find information about redemption options on the Website: In-person redemption at the cinema box office

i. Gift tickets valid for 3D screenings can also be exchanged for tickets to 2D screenings of the same type. In such cases, Cinema City will not refund the difference between the ticket prices for 3D and 2D screenings.
j. When using the "Gift Card - 10 tickets," only 4 tickets can be redeemed at a time on a given calendar day.
k. After redeeming the Gift Ticket, the rules applicable to tickets purchased electronically or in person shall apply to the Movie Ticket.
l. Cinema City reserves the right to refuse to redeem Gift Tickets for certain screenings.
m. If any of the Cinemas closes temporarily or permanently, Cinema City will decide on a case-by-case basis and announce on the Website and in these Rules whether the usability of Gift Tickets previously purchased for that Cinema will change and, if so, how.
