Tickets can be purchased online via PAYU and PAYPAL.

The steps to buy tickets online:

• Select cinema
• Select movie and time (day and start of the show)
• Select "Book" or "Buy" option.

Please note that by purchasing tickets online, a written contract is concluded between you and I.T. Magyar Cinema Kft.

• After selecting the "Buy" option, select the type and number of tickets
• Select a specific cinema seat
• Enter your payment method and personal details (VAT invoicing option)
• Acceptance of the following information is obligatory:

• I have read and accept CINEMA CITY's Policies, Privacy Policy, General Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Ticketing, Cinema City Arena & Mammut I VIP Cinema, ScreenX Terms and Conditions and 4DX Information
• I acknowledge that by clicking on the "NEXT" button, I will be obligated to pay, the amount due will be charged to my credit card or PayPal account, and the purchase of tickets will constitute a written contract
• I understand that if the performance of my choice starts within 3 hours or has already started, the tickets purchased are non-refundable.

Once seating has been selected, the Customer will have a total of 15 minutes to complete the transaction.

IMPORTANT! After payment, the selected DATE, CINEMA, TIME, PERFORMANCE information cannot be changed afterwards.

After the purchase, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from the cinema. To avoid data entry errors, the cinema's IT system ensures that the Customer's e-mail address to which the purchased ticket will be sent must be entered twice and, in the event of a typing error, the system will automatically display an error message and will not allow the Customer to proceed until the two e-mail addresses match. If you have not received a purchase ID from the cinema at the end of the transaction, please contact Customer Service:

Our customer service can only be called by dialling a number.

Full-price tickets purchased online cannot be exchanged for discounted tickets at a later date.You can only request a VAT invoice for cinema tickets purchased from I.T. Magyar Cinema Kft. (on the website www.cinemacity.hu and at the box office of Cinema City cinemas) on the spot and on the website only when the economic event takes place, i.e. during the transaction. We are not able to issue an invoice for the purchase of cinema tickets afterwards.

Cancellation of the contract. In the event of cancellation of a ticket purchased online, the amount purchased will be refunded within 14 days at a service charge of HUF 120 per ticket (i.e. HUF 100.20 per cinema ticket), which will be deducted from the refundable amount.Only the entire transaction can be cancelled, no partial cancellation - i.e. cancellation of selected tickets from multiple tickets purchased within one transaction - is possible.The 3-hour deadline for cancellation must take into account the opening hours of the cinema concerned or the opening hours of the Customer Helpdesk. It is not possible to modify the purchase of a ticket, such as a room, seat or film. If you wish to change your choice of film, room or seat, you can cancel your booking and make a new purchase, subject to the cancellation rules. Attention!If you present an electronic ticket to the ticket agent for which a refund transaction has been initiated, you will be considered a non-ticketed guest and your admission will be refused by our ticket agent.

Please note that we are unable to cancel your ticket or refund your ticket price in the following cases:

• If you purchase a ticket less than 3 hours before the start of the film or the film has started
• If you request a cancellation outside the opening hours of the cinema or our Customer Service by telephone.
• If you provide incorrect or incomplete information to our Customer Service

We can only accept complaints about your purchase until the start of the film!

I.T. Hungarian Cinema Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the capacity of cinemas and seating arrangements with immediate effect, following ever-changing government decisions and health proposals. As a result, the seating you have booked/purchased may subsequently change and be reallocated.

I.T. Magyar Cinema Ltd. reserves the right to hold the screening in a different room or seating area chosen by the Client for technical reasons.

The written contract for the purchase of the ticket shall terminate - in the absence of a proper cancellation - upon the purchase of the cinema ticket and the screening of the relevant film.
