• You can redeem your e-gift voucher / gift voucher /gift card for all on-screen movies which screening-type corresponds to the type of your e-gift voucher / gift voucher / gift card AND for basic, 2D movies.
• If your e-gift voucher / gift voucher /gift card is for a 3D movie (including the 3D glasses fee), you can redeem it to 3D movie-ticket or basic 2D ticket.
• At the use of the „10 tickets gift card” only 4 tickets can be redeemed per same calendar day.

Does the value of the personally purchased gift voucher equal to the value of the online purchased movie ticket?

• Yes, because the value of online redeemable gift voucher also inlcudes the 120 HUF convenience fee.

• The e-gift voucher / gift voucher can be redeemed during the on-line ticket-purchasing process on www.cinemacity.hu or personally at our box office with its unique voucher code.
• You can use your e-gift voucher / gift voucher to the specific movie format according to the type of the e-gift voucher / gift voucher. It is not possible to redeem it to a higher price cathegory screening version not even with a surcharge. (For example you cannot use your 2D gift voucher to a 3D movie.)
• The e-gift voucher / gift voucher is valid for 180 days from the day it was purchased.
• The e-gift voucher / gift voucher can not be returned nor switched to cash and its redemption extention is also not possible.

• We reserve the right to refuse its redemption for certain movies/shows.
• Redemption of the e-gift voucher is just available if its unique voucher code is readable.

• Damaged gift voucher can not be accepted!
